In my position at work, I sometimes assist with training. Mostly, it’s via email and over the phone, working on manuals and courses for the LMS, but sometimes, we get users who come to the office and we need to deal with them in person. When that happens, we need to take all of our docs in Word and print them out and put them into a folder - we have comanies that we call on for presentation folder printing - it’s almost ALWAYS a last minute, rush job!
