I have a friend who made a trip to Costa Rica a few years ago, and stayed at a beautiful resort, and did rainforest tours, and even got to fly through the trees on one of those zip lines. Now, that’s how to see Central or South America in style! We’ve only seen bits of Mexico on cruises, and I’d love to go down south and stay for a while, and see more than just a day’s worth of Aztec ruins and craft stalls on the beach.
