not so user friendly


I called one of our creditors this week to make a payment on some furniture we purchased. The due date was this week, and I knew that if I called it in, it would be done faster than mailing it.

Issue #1 - you can’t make an online payment for this company unless you have a savings account at the bank that does the financing.

Issue #2 - when I called to make a payment over the phone, I was told there would be a $15 fee for doing so. Not a rush payment, or a late payment, just a payment!

Why make things so difficult for people? Why do I need to jump through hoops to make a payment? What’s up with the extra fees? Get with the technology people, and add some online and phone payment options for your customers!

    I cant stand dell. I signed up for autopayment it doesnt work. I call to pay it takes half an hour. I am just trying to give them my money.
