canadian souvenirs
We’re off for vacation tomorrow! My husband suggested that he and I not cram out things into one suitcase, so that we have plenty of room for goodies to bring home. I was in shock - Jim, suggesting we BUY things on vacation? So fill me in - what should I look for in Canada to bring back? Maple syrup? Hockey memorabilia? A Mountie of my very own? Is there any one particular souvenir that sums up the Canadian experience?

YAY! Another reason to shop. I think you’ll find that Canada feels much like home, just with a bit different sound. One of my favorite things to bring home was packaging of different candies that look different than they do in the States. We have these stashed and plan to use them in frames as conversation pieces in the bar in the basement. Ummmm, but I can’t see you doing that. LOL!
I guess this is one long comment to say, I don’t know. LOL!

Why limit yourself. Bring home the mountie, cover him with maple syrup and…
Oh! Your husband might object.

LOL, love Sindy’s comment and Lucia’s. But our Mounties are ours, leave ‘em be
Yes Canada is a lot like US. Pick up some Smarties and some Ketchup chips - yum!
