stouffers french bread pizza
I bought a few Stouffer’s French Bread frozen pizzas this week, to serve as lunch for myself and the girls. I always buy the same kind - sausage and pepperoni. What can I say? When I find something I like, I stick with it. I opened a new box and began to heat one up the other day, and noticed there was just cheese on the pizza. I double checked the box, and sure enough, I had purchased my usual brand - so where were my bits of sausage and pieces of pepperoni? I checked the 2nd pizza in the box, and found only cheese on that one as well.
I called the 800 number listed on the box and talked to a rep, who took down the UPC code, and some serial numbers on the box, as well as my name and address. She’s sending me free coupons for my trouble, which wasn’t really any trouble as all. In return for eating pizza minus the toppings, I’m getting Stouffer freebies!
The moral of the story is, if you buy something - a food product, paper towels, a case of soda - and it’s not as you expected….call and say something!

We bought those sugar cookie kits before the baby shower, you know the ones with the flattened sugar cookie dough and icing? Well, it was Christmas kit, but when we opened it, it had Halloween icing. We weren’t using the icing so my mom didn’t care, but I tried talking her into calling or using the website to send a comment. I’ve gotten free coupons for mentioning a mistake like that before!
