panera follow up

Last week I received my Panera bread gift certificate in the mail. One of the store managers had called me about 2 weeks ago to follow up with my complaint, and then he sent me two $6 vouchers. I took the kids back (the idiot manager wasn’t there) and we enjoyed a cheap dinner.

I’m not in a hurry to go back and pay with my own money though. The service wasn’t much better upon our return visit.
